Welcome to The Binge Code Meditation Program

Think like a binge-free person – naturally and quickly.

The Binge Code Meditation Program is a series of eight meditation audios, engineered to rapidly change the way you think and feel about food and about yourself. Based on the core principles of the Binge Code, this program covers everything from overcoming binge urges to dissolving negative self-criticism, and reprogramming your eating habits.

For as long as we are in self-isolation, we're offering this program free of charge (normally $67).

All meditations are free to stream or download on your desktop, laptop, phone or tablet. If you find these meditations helpful, please considering sharing to help others during this difficult time.
Otherwise, sit back, relax and press play…

4. Flow with emotions

Our emotions define who we are as people, and yet many of us feel a profound sense of alienation from this cornerstone of our being. If there is one thing that we need to learn in order to bring inner peace and tranquility into our lives in the midst of this frantic world, it is how to accept and nurture our emotional signals.

This meditation audio will help you to:

  • Accept and embrace a wide range of emotions.
  • Increase your emotional intelligence.
  • Feel happier, more at ease and more comfortable with yourself.
  • Deal with your emotions without turning to food for comfort.

When you want to Boost your Self Esteem

5. Love & Compassion

If you suffer from binge eating or bulimia, chances are that you tend to be incredibly hard on yourself. Treating yourself harshly only increases the likelihood of another binge.

  • Learn to appreciate your body just as it is.
  • Find love and beauty in yourself and the world around you.

When you want to Feel A deep Sense of Calm

6. Inner Calm

Stress is everywhere. For some of us, the overabundance of stress also acts as a powerful binge trigger. This meditation audio is meant overpower the fight-or-flight instinct with the help of your brain’s natural relaxation response.

This meditation audio will help you to:

  • Release pent-up stress and frustration.
  • Reduce your anxiety levels.
  • Tap into your natural ability to feel a sense of inner calm.
  • Feel more grounded, stable and present.

When you want to reconnect with your body

7. Body Wise

Many of us have lost the ability to be present and aware of our sensations during the process of eating. We have stopped paying attention to our hunger and satiety cues. The ability to focus on and tune into our bodies is incredibly useful – and it is particularly important to people who want to improve their eating habits. This body scan meditation is meant to help you do just that.

This meditation audio will help you to:

  • Increase your awareness, intuition and emotional intelligence.
  • Cope with stress in a more effective manner.
  • Learn to appreciate your physical presence.
  • Build a healthy relationship with your body.

When you want to Tap into the Power of Visualisation

8. Power Visualizations

Studies have shown that our brain cannot tell the difference between a real experience and a vividly imagined thought. In this program, we harness the power of such mental visualisation to help you prepare for situations involving real trigger foods.

This meditation will help you to:

  • This audio will help you overcome powerful binge cravings associated with certain foods that are particularly triggering to you.

Helpful tip!

To help you stick to your new meditation habit, it can be really helpful to write down where and when you plan on listening to the audios.
Keep it old-school and simply write your plan down on a piece of paper, then put it up somewhere where you can easily see it. Think of it as a formal commitment to yourself.
Studies show that by simply writing down when and where you’re going to do something, you dramatically increase your chances of actually doing it!

Frequently Asked Questions

You can download all the audios to your computer either individually or selecting the “One Click Download” option to download ALL the audios at once.

Once downloaded to your computer you can transfer them to your phone or MP3 player via iTunes (or any other music transfer software).

I recommend listening to the Deep Trance Audios at least once every day. The more often you listen to them, the more effective they become. Repetition helps the inbuilt suggestions sink deeper into your subconscious mind. Also, by listening to these audios daily, you’ll be forming a habit. If you happen to miss one day a week, that’s fine, but try not to miss more than two days in a row. That way you won’t break the habit that’s just starting to develop. As far as the Inspirational Meditations are concerned, you can listen to them whenever you need an extra boost. Just use them as often as you need.

Ideally, you should do that first thing in the morning or before going to bed. Mornings work great if you have roommates or family members who are usually up and about around the house during the day. All of our meditations last no more than 20 minutes, so it shouldn’t be too much of a challenge to squeeze one of them into your morning routine. Listening to the audios in the evening, shortly before bedtime, is also a good idea. However, if you find yourself falling asleep during the meditation, you may have to listen to the recordings a little earlier on in the day. (Handy tip: Try and listen to the audios at the same time each day to help your mind form a positive habit!)

A comfortable one. 🙂

You can be on a chair or on some kind of cushion on the floor, or lying down. Simply find a position you can comfortably relax for roughly 20 minutes.

I recommend listening to the Deep Trance Audios in their intended order, starting with the Balanced Eating. Listen to that one for at least 5 days in a row before moving on to the next audio. Be mindful of your feelings throughout the day and notice any improvements or changes in your behaviour. However, if you don’t feel like starting from the Balanced Eating audio, you can simply choose the one that seems right for you at the moment – that’s absolutely fine too!

That’s absolutely normal. Your mind is allowed to wander. Sometimes it will be focused, while other days will be more of a challenge. Sometimes it will be clear, and on other days it will be foggy. It’s natural. It’s all part of the journey.

If you have the Dropbox app installed on your mobile device, you can choose the “Download with Drop Box” option.

This will open up the Dropbox app where you can choose to download the song so it is available offline. The meditations will then be available via the Dropbox app for offline use.
