Many people with eating disorders struggle to access patient and understanding sources of
support for an extremely long time.

I know it is very hard to lean on someone for support when you feel misunderstood and alone.

I have struggled with binge eating disorder in the past so I understand the very strong grip eating disorders have on a person and how challenging they are to beat.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 8 years and gained experience working with people experiencing various mental health conditions. I have worked in autism diagnostic
clinics, mental health research and have delivered low-level psychological interventions.

In my work, I have focused on supporting neurodivergent people, which has given me a deep understanding of the importance of implementing reasonable adjustments in my sessions that are tailored to individual needs.

Overall, my previous work has instilled in me a passion for helping people, which I would bring to my role as your coach.

A key part in my role is helping you understand that you are the expert in your own recovery. I
will listen, cheer you on throughout the process and provide a source of strength and support
when you need it.

Most importantly I am here to celebrate your victories, no matter how small you may think they are.
